Most grants are awarded for one year. The foundation will consider reapplication by agencies. Decisions on reapplication will be based on results. Multi-year grants will be considered for capital requests. |

The foundation’s role is to proactively network with people who are effectively addressing the interest areas outlined in our mission and solicit grant requests based on their needs and expertise. |
 In 1996, as a result of the sale of Fleck Controls, the Fleck Foundation was formed with the intent of supporting people who are dedicated to improving the City of Milwaukee. We have always had a concern for helping people recovering from the use of drugs and alcohol and for trying to improve educational outcomes in our City. During the past eight years, the Foundation has granted over $14 million to approximately 80 organizations. |
